Charlotte joined Hafren Water in April 2022 as a Senior Flood Risk Consultant. She holds a first degree in Environmental Management from the University of Worcester, since when she has worked exclusively in the flood risk sector. She has worked for two other consultancies, along with two Lead Local Flood Authorities and the Environment Agency. Whilst with the LLFAs she reviewed many planning applications and dealt with local flooding issues. Within the Environment Agency, she project-managed multiple strategic flood risk projects to NEC4 standard.
Due to her wide-ranging experience in producing Flood Risk Assessments and Surface Water Drainage Strategies she is familiar with the requirements of the NPPF, including applying local standards and requirements to her projects.
Charlotte is looking forward to expanding Hafren Water’s capabilities in flood risk and drainage.
